Noah Lyles Welcome Home Celebration & Rally

Olympic 200-meter bronze medalist Noah Lyles is coming home to a hero's welcome. The City of Gainesville will host a celebration and rally on August 19th in honor of Lyles' Olympic success.
Celebration and Rally
The event will take place from 4 pm to 7 pm at Bo Diddley Plaza in downtown Gainesville. There will be live music, food trucks, and a chance to meet Lyles and take pictures with him.
Hometown Hero
Lyles is a native of Gainesville and he is extremely proud to represent his hometown on the world stage. He is an inspiration to young athletes and a role model for the entire community.
The Welcome Home Celebration & Rally is a great opportunity to show our support for Noah Lyles and to celebrate his Olympic success.
Noah Lyles' Olympic Journey
Lyles qualified for the Olympics by winning the 200-meter race at the United States Olympic Trials. He went on to win the bronze medal in the 200-meter race at the Olympics, finishing behind Andre de Grasse of Canada and Kenneth Bednarek of the United States.
What's Next?
Lyles is now focused on the 2024 Olympics in Paris. He is determined to win the gold medal in the 200-meter race.
