If you're running Windows 10 21H1, you should be able to install TPM 2.0 devices without issue. Here are the steps to check:

  1. Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Device security
  2. Under Security processor, select Security processor details
  3. Select Security processor troubleshooting and then click TPM

There are two types of TPM 2.0: dTPM and fTPM. If you have an fTPM, contact your laptop manufacturer for the TPM driver.
